"Waltham Floor was prompt and professional during the estimate, selection of carpet, and installation. They suggested a moderately priced, good quality, commercial grade carpet for our rental apartment building. The price was slightly higher than the cheapest carpets from other companies, but less than that from others. They informed us of several features which were important to us (like carpet running when punctured), and they extended a sale price so we could buy after a vacation. The installers came on time, did a great job, and cleaned up on completion. We would definitely hire them again."

"We purchased a new home and knew going into it that we would be taking out an ancient carpet in the family room (on a concrete slab, below grade level), and wanted some type of hardwood or excellent quality laminate. They came to a pre-sale inspection, measured the area, pointed out some areas of concern (curves, etc.) and made some excellent recommendations. We ordered a laminate floor and put a deposit down. We also had them coordinate with our painters so the painting would be completed, and then, without delay they would lay the flooring.

It all went perfectly! Timing: NO PROBLEM. Cost: as agreed upon up front. Quality of workmanship: everyone who has seen the floor marvels at how great it looks. We are quite pleased with our choice of going with a locally owned (by 3 brothers) and operated family business with a great reputation. In our situation, we really didn't have the luxury of time for having multiple companies come to do competing bids, but based on research we've done for quality of materials and scope of the work, we feel that the price we paid was quite reasonable."

"We had to replace the kitchen floor in our rental property. It was linoleum tiles, that been ruined by dog urine. Really really disgusting. We wanted to replace it with sheet linoleum...checked Angie's List for good companies and called Waltham Floor.

I stopped by the store with one of the old tiles to match the color, and spent a very informative time with the sales person (excellent). She helped me think through what our needs were and make a better choice in replacement materials. She recommended their standard vinyl sheet, and gave me samples to take home and look at in the kitchen. The owner himself came to measure and give us an estimate. He gave us the info we needed to prep the floor for the installers. He was very prompt with the estimate, we accepted and the installation date was booked. The guys came on time, did a fantastic job...were polite and cleaned up after themselves. The biggest plus for me was that my wife, who is the aesthetic one and was not sure about how the floor was going to look...is absolutely delighted."

When I first visited your store, I noticed that everything was neat and well organized. Jim, who helped me there, was knowledgeable and very helpful. He set up a time for an estimate and said he would call me to confirm. He was efficient and helpful when inspecting my kitchen, clear in explaining the process and giving me time frames for all the stages.

We got a couple of confirmation calls before the installer, Brian, came. All the calls were done first thing in the morning, impressing me with your efficiency and reliability. All the people I spoke to were courteous, friendly, and professional. The estimator and installer came on time, something I had not encountered before. Everything moved like clockwork. Brian estimated that the floor would be done around noon on the second day, and finished on the stroke of noon.

I have never before dealt with a company all of whose employees were so professional, reliable, efficient, timely, well organized and courteous. I regret I have no more floors for you to redo. But, if you ever decide to branch out into some other service (car repair? dentistry?) please let me know sot hat I may avail myself of your services.
